Gary in the service department is so pleasant to deal with it almost makes getting your car serviced have a silver lining of joy. we were picking up a new car and he gave us the best walk-through. It was really nice. He took time for both of us to handle all of our personalization:) Not only is he super nice and an amazing human, but the way he treats his coworkers, and they treat him back with just the utmost respect, is really wonderful to watch. It's great to see that this old-world respect and kindness still exist. It basically makes you feel as though you're buying a car and becoming part of a club of great people. In fact, when my wife and I were leaving yesterday, a gentleman who has owned four cars and got them all here said that not only does he love Cadillacs, but working with the people here has just been the best experience of his automotive life. And I don't know any of these people personally; I just met them all yesterday, and it was such a pleasant experience that I had to take a photo together and speak the truth.

I just purchased my Cadillac a couple days ago and IVE BEEN IN LOVE WITH IT SINCE<3 Still learning all the new things my truck comes with. Giovanni was the one who helped me and made everything super easy from the beginning to the end. Getting a new car can be overwhelming at times with all the choices. I told him what I wanted and he went above and beyond to make it happen. The entire crew was there to celebrate me picking up my car and it made the day even more special! Had an amazing experience with South San Francisco Cadillac. The delivery and presentation of the car were like nothing I have ever experienced! They do a whole unveiling of the car with multiple staff around and music playing! I have had a number of luxury brands and have never had anything like that. My salesperson Giovanni was so knowledgeable and his service was over the top, he even drove over to my house to deliver what I thought was missing but was not. Everyone, including Nina and Tony, the other two salespeople, were also extremely helpful! It is a true team atmosphere!

Omg!!! Travis was PHENOMENAL!! From the minute I walked into the dealership, he was attentive, professional, and answered all my questions (which were a lot). We live about 2-hours outside the Bay Area and have been looking for a car in a particular color. We found one online at Cadillac of South San Francisco. This was our first experience with an EV and Giovanni walked us through the process with expert knowledge, patience, and clarity. We could not have had a better experience. I'm not a person who typically writes reviews - good or bad. But, I think this dealership is a very outstanding dealership - so much so that I drove up from Southern California to purchase my new Lyriq from them. Unlike MANY other dealerships, their sales team was very transparent, honest, and treated me professionally. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!!!

Found my 2024 XT4 Sport Cadillac online. I read a lot of great reviews on Travis. When I made my phone call to Cadillac Of San Francisco. Travis answered! 🎉👍 He was patient and very professional. Travis, took the time to send me pictures and videos of my vehicle. Pointed out all the features as well on the XT4. Very well spoken and knowledgeable! When it came time to see this car in person. Travis drove over 90 miles to pick me up. To get this deal done! I live two hours away. I didn’t have any means of bringing someone with me. Incredible customer service!! It was a pleasure to meet John his manager and Chris in financing as well. Lindsay, was also awesome in getting all the paperwork signed smoothly and explained everything very well! I just didn’t buy a new car. Travis made this an experience! I would drive two hours to get my cars serviced here. It was a pleasure meeting Henry in service too! Amazing facility! The last couple of weeks I've been car shopping with my in laws looking for the perfect compact SUV. After visiting rude dealerships and looking at a few different makes and models I decided to check out a Cadillac XT4. A quick search online led me to the South San Francisco Cadillac dealership. I inquired online about a vehicle in their lot and they quickly set me up with an appointment with Nina on the weekend. Nina was super professional! She reached out via email and text to answer any questions I may have regarding the vehicle prior to our appointment. The day of she was there ready to greet us at the entrance and offered us coffee or tea or anything else we might want before we test drove the car. During our test drive she was more than willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. We then returned to the office and went over a few more things before they were ready to makes us an offer. In came Lawrence the sales manager. He was great! I think what I liked best about him was his cordial personality and willingness to listen and understand where I'm coming from as a consumer. After having a great discussion we settled on a fair price and then we were turned over to Lindsey the finance manager. Her southern hospitality made us feel at ease as she thoroughly explained to us the different extended warranties. The best part is that we didn't feel pressured into buying something we didn't want. Once all the paperwork was signed they took us to the vehicle. It was freshly detailed and they had put a giant red bow on the hood. I feel it was a very pleasant surpirse, the icing on the cake if you will after purchasing a new car. I honestly never write reviews unless I feel the customer service was that good. In this case they were first class all the way! As previously stated I went to other dealers that were not nice to say the least and made us feel super unwelcomed. That was not the case here at South San Francisco Cadillac. As soon as we walked through the door multiple associates greeted us with smiling faces and took care of us from beginning to end. I can't stress it enough they truly care about the customer experience here. If I ever need another Cadillac in the future I know where to go.

I just had the pleasure of leasing my Lyriq through this dealer. This is the first time in my life that I have left a dealership and felt that I was treated fairly and honestly! Before coming to this dealership I was in the process of closing a lease on a Lyriq at an out of area dealer but decided that the vehicle was not what I really wanted. So I came back to Cadillac of South San Francisco to find the car that I really wanted. What I ended up with was the all wheel drive model that I wanted at a lower overall cost than what the other dealer was trying to give me for a rear wheel drive model. They were doing the old trick of raising the price then showing you a discount on the inflated price. The whole sales crew starting with Grecia were friendly, gracious and above all honest! I highly recommend Cadillac of South San Francisco when you are in the market for a quality vehicle!

Grecia in sales, Gary and Henry in service are Fabulous! I have been going since it was a trailer while they were building the dealership. Ive bought 2 cars, service all 7 of my GM vehicles and some of my non GM stuff too. Flat repairs too, which tend to be about 10-15 dollars more but guess what? My wheels are never damaged. We need them to succeed.

I had bought a vehicle from this dealership. I worked with Travis the sales guy. He was very professional, showed me the vehicles I wanted and let me test drive them all without pressure. I hate being pressed and micro managed at dealerships but not Travis… because of him and how he was, he sold me my vehicle. I recommend going to ask for Travis!
