This place is amazing! They worked with me on the phone and brought the car out for me to test drive as I couldn't get the time to. We purchased a used car at Cadillac of South SF. A shout out to Adam, who showed us the car, and Ted, who handled the closing paperwork. They were professional, personable and very helpful. Another guy helped us with a service issue we had (I apologize for forgetting his name), and he was very helpful in finding a solution. We've purchased many cars, and even though we'd have preferred the process not taking so long, in this case everyone was helpful and respectful in getting the deal done.
Just bought a Cadillac from this dealership on Saturday and it was one of the better experiences at a dealer.
